  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Custom-made or personalized items

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@noyre.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

2. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
